Yes — we ship worldwide, and delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout, on every product in the store.
What are your delivery and processing times?
Standard delivery times (business days)
- United Kingdom: 5 – 10 days
- Ireland & Europe: 7 – 14 days
- USA & Canada: 5 – 10 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 14 days
- Other countries: 10 – 30 days
Processing times
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. If a product is low or out of stock it may take an extra 7–14 business days to process. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Every order ships tracked. When your items are dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received one, or the tracking number doesn't work yet, that's okay — contact us at contact@orthopedicplanet.com and we'll sort it out.
Unexpected delays
In some cases delivery may take longer than the times stated above. Please contact us if your parcel is taking too long to arrive and we will help resolve any situation within our control.
Customs and import duties
Free delivery covers the shipping cost only. For orders shipped outside the UK, import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged on arrival by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
