What currency am I paying in?

Our prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP £). If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank converts the amount at their exchange rate.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Delivery is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. The only charges that can apply are import duties or taxes levied by your own country's customs office on international orders.

How long is delivery?

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are processed within 24–72 hours and dispatched the next day after processing. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full delivery times.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you need help, email contact@orthopedicplanet.com.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Prices displayed on our site are shown in GBP. For orders shipped outside the UK, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives in its destination country. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are credited to your original payment method. Card refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item or the cancellation request. If you haven't seen the credit yet, contact your bank or card provider — it can take some time to post to your account.
